Precision Bearing Production Base
Our precision bearing productions base covers46000 square meters, and the workshop covers30000 square meters. It has about 200 workers,360sets of machine tools, 500 sets of test machines. The main products includes more than 1000 types of precision bearings from ID 8mm toOD 620mm with the precision P2, P4 for special purpose and performance. These products are widelyused in Aviation, Aerospace, Machine tools, Textile.Metallurgy, Printing, Electronic industries and so on.
Large Size Bearing Production Base
Large size bearing has turning processing line, finishing processing line, roller production line, heat treatment production line andassembly line, the annual production capacity is up to 300 thousand sets.
High Speed Wire Rolling Mill Bearing Production Base
Our rolling mill production base is one of the famous domestic professional rolling mill bearing plant, and it covers an area of 25000 square meters, and the building area is 11000 square meters. We have 160 employees, in which there are 30 technical person.
We could produce thousands types of bearings with 8 categories, and the annual production value is 60 milion CNY. The main products include four-row cvindrical roler bearing, four-row taper roller bearina, Sendzimir bearing etc.
Our products are very popular in China, and we have export our products to more than 20 countries and regions of Europe and Asia. Wehave get the certificate of ISO9001-2008, and ISO14001-2004
Slewing Bearing Production Base
Our slewing bearing producton base has the classical equipment, and professional technical person and outstanding technical workers. We could design the slewing bearing according to the customer's requirement. Our main products are single row four-point contact ball slewing bearing, double-row ball slewing bearing, crossed-roller slewing bearingroller and ball combined slewing bearing, three-row roller slewing bearin5. the diameter is from 150mm to 5000mm. Our products has passed the lSO 9001.
Machinery Parts Production Base
Our machinery parts producton base has our own forging line, the machining certer with more than 50 equipment and various inspection instruments. We could produce according to customers' drawings and requirement. Our main products are including gears, racks,
automation equipment parts, non-standard mechanical parts,
mechanical transmission parts, linear motion parts, spline shaft spline
sleeve, trapezoid screw, reciprocating screw, ball screw, shaft parts,
